Clyde Arnold's Gifted Music Records Presents The "ANNETTA BOYD ARNOLD'S FIGHT FOR LIFE WE CARE CANCER CAMPAIGN;
Annetta Boyd Arnold lost her battle to cancer January 25, 2012. Annetta did not give up her fight in death as she donated her body to the Cleveland Clinic’s Education Research Center, in hopes by using her cancer infested body they might find a cure for many others, who are now fighting for their life.Clyde O. Arnold, Sr.’s Gifted Music Records was created after the passing of my wife Annetta Boyd Arnold who lost her life to cancer on January 25, 2012 after a 9-year battle. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer in 2003. As she was going to her initial meeting with doctors, she was abducted by gunpoint, the assailant attempted to rape her, but Annetta fought back. Unfortunately, she was shot three times. After that incident, the cancer spread rapidly to her liver, lungs, brain and bones. Annetta's bones had become so brittle from the cancer that had set through her bones. One Sunday afternoon August 14, 2011, Annetta was wearing a long night gown and had entered the steps to our den. She fell approximately four steps, broke her neck, and also the pelvis in her hip. With my daughter, DeJuana, 17 now 18, nor myself not being prepared leading to the date of Wednesday January 25 at 6:15 am where Annetta Boyd Arnold was pronounced deceased, where pneumonia had set in once again but this time on a stronger base. Annetta went into septic shock where then I believe God called her home from this horrific fight. She never went into remission. During that 9-year period, she refused to give up her fight for life. She did not give up her fight in death as she donated her body to Cleveland Clinic’s Education Research Center, in hopes by using her cancer infested body they might find a cure for many others, who are now fighting for their life.
